Local Music

Okay, so I thought maybe it would be a good idea to promote some local music on here, I'm sure you all know how hard it is to become a successful artist these days. I will try and update to a new artist each month, just to keep things fresh.

This month's band:        IAMTHEBEAR

“Iamthebear” are an acoustic/ambient duo from the UK.



The band consist of a brother and sister, currently based in Swindon, England. Between them they can play a variety of instruments which contributes to their musical stylings. They have been likened to bands such as “This Will Destroy You” and “Paucity”. Their forthcoming EP is entirely instrumental, but it is possible that they will include vocals in future releases.


Their first single “Rob From the Rich, Give to the Paw…” is available on Last.fm for free download in anticipation of their debut self-titled EP, which is to be released later this year.
